Editor's note
June's theme of the month is apps and m-learning. Can you believe the phrase 'there's an app for that' is over five years old? That's a long time in the tech world. Sometimes I forget that 'app' is just a truncated version of the world 'application'. The abbreviated form has been fetishised, but it's worth remembering that the best technology simplifies your work process when it's applied properly.
That's all apps are - pieces of technology that make your job easier. At least, that's the theory.
