Board game based business simulations

Do you have, or know of anyone who has, experience of designing bespoke and commercially complex board-game based business simulations which can be part of a commercial leadership programme that is helping a manufacturing client to become number one in their industry?

I do, but...
I do know of someone, but I believe that they are incredibly busy. I have experience of designing board games for training, but I think I may struggle to make them commercial enough.
Please drop me an email with a 2-3 sentence outline, and I'll pass your details on to the person I know. You never know ;-)

Board game based business simulations
Hi,
We develop bespoke board games for use in public and private sector organisations. Our scenario-based board games are used by the NHS and the private sector to engage staff with complex and/or difficult issues around change, organisational redesign, employee development, strategy and performance.
There is a more extensive description here www.focusgames.com under The Change Game plus examples of several off-the-shelf board games.
The games work equally well at board level or at the frontline but the facilitator would take a different approach depending on the audience and the desired outcomes.
Feel free to send me an email me if you'd like to ask me any questions directly.
Regards, Andy
