Exercises for Managing Upwards/Managing your Manager

Hi All

I'm having a mental block. I need an exercise on Managing Upwards or Managing your Manager. The topic forms part of a wider course on influencing and negotiating, so the delegates will have already have learnt some new skills and techniques in this respect before they come to the Managing Upwards session.

If anyone can help me out, I'd be really grateful. I've been trying to come up with something creative all morning, but the cogs just aren't whirring the right way today!
