Outdoor Activities

I have to conduct a training for a group of trainees coming from various organizations. Two of the modules are team building and conflict resolution. Since this training is planned on a popular summer resort - a hill station, I am looking for some interesting exercises or games to explain team building and conflict resolution concepts. Any ideas?
