Specialist Equality and Diversity Trainers and Consultants needed

QED Training are looking for  very well experienced trainers and policy consultants. If you can answer yes - with some detail - to any of the following three questions, please do in touch with Dominic at QED. Experience and ability to "hit the ground running" in a somewhat tense and sometimes stressful atmosphere laden with politics and competing priorities/expectations(internal and external) is absolutely essential. Our lead trainer who is an acknowledged UK experts in all these areas simply would not have time to"train up" people and only very limited time to act as a sounding board or adviser. The key questions:-

• Have you got experience of kick starting,embellishing implementing,maintaining, sustaining.moving,driving Single Equality Schemes in the National Health Service? Any comparable experience will be considered but the NHS is the focus.
• Do you have a good working knowledge of Equality Impact Assessments -like a horse and carriage they are inextricably linked to the Schemes and vice versa
• Are you able to design and deliver an equal pay audit training course,leaving the client with an equal pay toolkit tailored to their situation?
