Team Building Activity - Leadership Based

Any ideas for team building activity - leadership based for 300 delegates over 2 hours in the afternoon of a days conference....

300 people....wow, that should be fun!
If you go to www.coach-and-courses.com to the "downloadable resources" page you will find an exercise entitled "the Business Minefield".
It works very well with large groups (OK, I've only ever used it for up to 50, but if you have the space and the resources....)
It really makes points about the limits of leaders roles in large organisations/all sub teams together/communications in teams (what gets lost and who gets left out), it should be just about right for two hours.
If you can roam around it with a video recorder you'd get some fantastic footage for later reinforcement messages on your intranet (if you've got one)
If, by any chance, you need some help to facilitate 300 people.......

Hi Victoria
There's another thread on Team Building on this page but I would probably stay away from that one!
Very few people could pull off a successful teambuild with a specific theme for 200+ people so on this ocassion I am going to recommend MTA.
I'm sure there are others but I have seen them many times at various exhibitions and I would have every confidence in their ability to do the job.
