Howdy Peeps
Im a complete newbie when it comes to creating with Access but it looks like this may be my best bet when it comes to recording training data on a budget.
Does anyone know where I can come across a template or have any ideas on how else to create this?

We recently had a similar requirement to provide an interim solution until the HR data base was up and running. There are a number of off the shelf web hosted solutions available from as little as £500 providing everything from recording history to employees self service, i.e booking systems. We eventually selected one that also enables us to host and record elearning Wizdom LMS. To put this in context to customise an existing access data base we would have spent more in development time than the off the shelf solution provided.

I have used Act! by Sage for years. Cheap, solid and reliable.
