I'm taking a trip down memory lane this week to get you started off.

Earlier in the year I wrote the A-Z of Life Lessons through Running a Marathon; which was then featured on the Business Zone and has since been read by over 600 people.

Inspired by fellow Coaches and my recent partnership on Redshift Radio with Emma from Dynamic Fitness; I'm delighted to be sharing the 2nd instalment in my A-Z series - The A-Z of Coaching.

Coaching itself is a partnership and is focused on delivering results.

I'm back in the hot-seat this week, and thank you all for sharing your thoughts and comments; they really do make all the difference.

This week I’d like to acknowledge the team that sits behind each successful person; in sport, in business and in life

Everyone knows that winners are truly dedicated. You hear lots about the time and effort that they put in to get them to that point where they can receive the accolade, applause and praise.

What isn’t always so visible is the team of people behind the winner, who devote their time and energy to getting that one person to the space where they can call themselves a winner.
