Please forgive me for this indulgence, but this is more for those of you who read my original 'Baby Changing' post of July 1st. I am thrilled to tell you that Oliver Dylan Smith was born on Thursday 9th July at 3.05am. He's a healthy little boy, and whilst Mum and Dad are very tired, we're also very excited.
OK, so part 2 of the thread hasn't got a lot to do with the world of Training or L&D, and I promise that any future posts will have a least a little to do with our profession, but please allow a proud first-time father this slight 'tangent'.
And while we're on the subject of Baby Changing - no, I wouldn't change him for the world! I've got Airfix kits and mini-rugby to look forward to...
