Today I've had a bit of an epiphany. Conscious that providing training materials for bite-size workshops may seem a bit old fashioned in todays world of instant access, wi-fi, learn on the move and 'apps', I was wondering if I should look at changing my business and converting all of our materials into more tech-based modules.
I have just returned from the annual family ski holiday. For the first time, I was totally out-skied by my children (age 6 and 8), and found that by lunchtime, or if I was lucky, early afternoon, my legs and feet ached so much I had to stop. I felt I was missing out.
Like many women of a certain age, I took up Zumba last year. I usually go to a Wednesday night class, but last week I couldn’t make it. The only class I could make was a beginner’s one earlier in the week.
Well, it's January, so our first blog is inspired by the world of health and fitness. Having put on weight over the festive period, I have decided to embark on a diet and exercise programme. Now I'm not the first and I surely won't be the last, but I realise that we all approach this in quite a different way.
