I would like to use some case studies in training sessions. As mentioned I am keen on using this method for facilitating learning on the topic of TNA as this is one of the subjects most of the trainees have little or no experience of dealing with at work. Would be useful if the case study covers identifying and analysing training needs. Help! Any pointers to source materials, web-sites welcome.
