Blogging with TrainingZone

default-16x9

As Jon mentioned in the Editor's Blog, you may have noticed some changes following TrainingZone’s big upgrade. The most major of these changes is the removal of Discussion Groups. If you previously ran a group, we want to apologise for not making you aware of this sooner. Unfortunately, while we’ve been seeing more and more excellent content from members on the site, groups were very quiet when compared to other areas, especially Any Answers and Blogs.

Our priority is making sure that every member on TrainingZone has the best possible opportunity to share their thoughts, opinions and talk about what interests them the most about their most important topics. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be reaching out to former Discussion Group owners as well as existing bloggers to share advice and ideas on how to make the most of the Blog service. If you’re interested in getting involved, now is the time to set up a blog and let us know what’s on your mind.

Blogging is the chance to have your own platform from which to talk about the matters the mean the most to you. Every month, we’ll be featuring the top contributions on the site through Jon’s Editor’s Picks as well as a regular Community blog, highlighting your content. We also want to share more about what we’re working on to give you the chance to add your thoughts and make the most of the content on TrainingZone.

If you’re interested in blogging but haven’t set one up yet, you can get started for free straight away. We’re also keen to hear from you if you have an idea for a great blog or have spotted something on the site that you think needs to be shared. Let us know and we’ll make sure it’s seen by everyone. You can also get in touch if you want any help or advice when getting started.

There’s more to come very soon – keep an eye out and add your voice to the TrainingZone community!
