I'm interested in exploring, exchanging and sharing resources in the field of coaching and coaching supervision, without reinventing the wheel.
I'd like to create global resource as an independent focal point of knowledge and competence, for individuals and organisations, without a 'blue chip' budget!
I'm thinking of platforms that could engage members and experts to exchange current knowledge, best practice, and curents applications in the field.
Can anyone help or share their experience of such a project?

Hi Peter, could you provide a little more information please? So would you be managing the platform and charging people to use it? In addition, what kind of subjects would people be sharing knowledge about – is it L & D practice or something else? As there are plenty of free resources on the internet already, I’m not clear on what the benefit is of what you want to do. Could you expand on your original post please?

I have probably built one of the largest COPs, and I have to say its getting harder.
people are fragmenting, and unless they all visit the one place it will be hard. For most people like the idea of a COP, but do not want to put the effort into making it work!
Small COP of just a few dozen people in a given geography is a sustainable model, but much bigger then that and its a real challenge
