Has anyone designed or delivered training around Unconscious Bias before? I'm looking at designing a session to heightened people's awareness of this. I'm aware of the Implicit Association Tests but if you have any experience of delivering this kind of training, then I'd love to hear from you.

Hi, my take is since UB is a way of thinking, finding a way to help people realise they have a UB is a good place to start a session. We all know we have a UB on an intellectual level. Without knowing your group, is it possible to create an experience where people’s UB becomes less unconscious? From there a chat about the consequences of that UB personally and professionally could set you up to consider how to mitigate it.
