HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching

The HumanTechnics coach training has become one of the most recognised and highly regarded professional qualifications for coaches working in businesses and organisations. The programme is accredited at Postgraduate Masters level by Bristol Business School and by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) at level 7 (also Postgraduate level).

The ILM accreditation is actually a qualification in its own right called the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring. This dual award is unique to HumanTechnics.
The programme involves 5-days of intensive and inspirational workshops, and two coursework elements submitted directly to the University. For those opting for the additional ILM qualification there’s an additional coursework element in the form of a coaching diary. The average student completes the programme in about 3-months.
