This survey was conducted online by Peter Honey during the early part of 1999. The participants were a cross-section of men (N=109) and women (N=137) drawn from a variety of organisations and functions.

Amongst the findings of the survey are that women are better at learning than men, and learning skills improve with age.

Publication of the report is timed to coincide with Learning at Work Day.
