Survey into Learning Skills and Practices

default-16x9

This survey was conducted online by Peter Honey during the early part of 1999. The participants were a cross-section of men (N=109) and women (N=137) drawn from a variety of organisations and functions.

Amongst the findings of the survey are that women are better at learning than men, and learning skills improve with age.

Publication of the report is timed to coincide with Learning at Work Day.

The results of the survey are outlined in this report which is available online, the contents of which are listed below:

* Introduction
* Learning Skills and Practices Done Most and Least Often
* Gender Comparisons
* Age Comparisons
* Norms for the Learning Survey
* Survey

TrainingZone will be preparing a review of the survey report and findings shortly.
