Microsoft are in negotiation with several UK wireless companies such as BT and Vodaphone regarding the development of future internet services for mobile phones.
Microsoft are stated as saying that they are actively looking for partnerships around the world with mobile phone companies and that they are talking to everybody.
Moves in certain areas have already been made such as the BT's corporate e-mail service using Microsoft Outlook and Vodaphone have been trialling mobile handsets powered by Microsoft's Mobile Explorer produce, that will give customers access to a range of mobile and internet services.
