This week Cisco officially announced the release of a new certification: ‘Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist’. Cisco stated that the course has been designed for “professionals who can implement and support Cisco advanced IP telephony network solutions”.
Candidates must be ‘Cisco Certified Network Associate’- certified (CCNP) in order to sit the examinations. The three core examinations will be titled:
· Cisco IP Telephony
· Cisco Voice Over Frame Relay, ATM, and IP
· Deploying QoS for Enterprise Networks
