Designing Training Programmes

default-16x9

Due to run a one day workshop for relatively inexperienced trainers on designing training (ie putting together a workshop / programme etc) once results of TNA estbalished and just wondered if anyone had any good syndicate exercises or activities that will help get over the basic messages (taking into account different styles, planning running order, trainer resources, designing activities and exercises !!! etc)that I could include ? Thanks in advance

  1. Design workshop
In response to Melanie Hollinshead response:-
Sorry Melanie, I am not sure I understand your point. I appreciate the written word may not fully convey the meaning, and I may have misunderstood your response, as I also may not have phrased my question adequately.
The trainers are relatively inexperienced in designing (they are used to someone else designing and them delivering)and I am looking to help them develop skills in this area so that in future they can be more involved, start to finish – my question here was simply a request for any (new) ideas to help them understand the main concepts involved in preparing their own material, that I could build into the workshop. Is that such a bad thing ?
