I need to replace the paper-based directory we have used in the past to identify appropriate learning solutions to meet the personal development needs of our people. We have a corporate Intranet, and I am in the market to purchase an externally-hosted database of learning solutions, accessed via a customised 'gateway' on our site. I am not looking for a Learner Management System, as we run very few internal or on-line courses. I have had a bad experience recently with a potential provider who over-promised and under-delivered. Any recommendations?
