New research strengthens case for older workers

Research out today challenges the traditional approach to retirement, says the CIPD - which is calling for a more flexible approach to work for older employees.
The report from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) confirms previous research findings from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, which show employees wish to work past the state retirement age.
