Sage HR and Payroll software division appoints new general manager
The Sage HR and Payroll software division has appointed Jayne Archbold as General Manager. This follows the acquisitions of former competitor organisations, Snowdrop Systems and KCS.
The new division was formed earlier this year to bring together Snowdrop and KCS as part of Sage, offering HR and Payroll solutions to larger organisations and those with more complex requirements.
Jayne brings with her over 10 years’ experience in commercial and sales management at Sage, which she is confident will assist her in creating a new era for both organisations as the Sage HR and Payroll software division. She comments: “Bringing together KCS and Snowdrop employees and technologies will be a challenging and exciting time for everyone involved. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to create a fully integrated, best-of-breed, HR and Payroll solution. Our focus in the next 12 months will be on building the foundations to bring the businesses together and connect more effectively with our customers, which in turn will lead to growth for the business.”
Jayne’s appointment also follows extensive work to integrate Snowdrop HR with other Payroll modules within the Sage range. To date, Snowdrop has been integrated with the Sage 50, Sage Line 500 and Sage 1000 Payroll modules. Links are geared towards integrity of data and an increase in overall efficiency.
