NVQ's made simple?

I have quite a few NVQ candidates undertaking Level 2 team leading. Because of logistics I ahve to see them individually and as they are all at different stages I often find myself repeating myself several times. i was wondering whether anyone had any questions/practical exercises that can be used to test knowledge and understanding for these standards that they may be prepared to share with me
