We currently run a management development centre for mansgers and I am looking for some 'fresh' material to use from September Currently they undertake a group exercise, role play and written exercise and receive feedback on their behaviours againt the following competemcies
Leadership
Managing change
Performance Management
Negotiating and Influencing
Project Management
I am particularly looking for ideas for the Group exercise. Can anyone suggest any sources of material that might be suitable.
