What do you call your HR Dept?

I'm researching what modern HR departments are calling themselves these days. Are in in HR or do you call it Personnel or People? Does it matter?

Would be interested to hear from HR staff at larger companies or from consultants who have experience of lots of organisations and a broad view of the industry.
