Memorandum of Understanding

Three colleagues and I are proposing to partner to promote and deliver a facilitated programme that we all are qualified in. As part of the exploratory process for this I have been asked to source formats, ideas etc for a Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement and would like some samples, ideas or guidelines into how best we could operate.
