About Maria:
Maria is a highly experienced executive who has been employed in middle management and senior management roles within both small and large companies during the last 12 years. She has on several occasions been involved in business start-ups, has now found her true vocation in coaching and has therefore set up her own executive coaching practice.
Some of the industries that Maria has had experience in include, yachting charters and sales, computing, airlines, architecture, civil engineering and automotive engineering. Experience has been gained in a range of functions including, Finance, Marketing and PR, Commercial, Human Resources, Customer Service, Technical Support, Design, Project Management, Operating and Quality Systems and Customer Liaison.
Of Spanish origin, she has for the last 10 years worked and lived around different European countries and in particular the USA. She has gained a broad breadth of experience, which she now brings to bear in her coaching profession.A people person who is able to make ready assessments of individual’s requirements with motivational skills that are used to coach people in achieving their goals not only using her coaching skills and NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Processing) but also by applying what the university of life has taught her.
