Use a JavaScript Include

The Javascript approach allows you to put the following news 'box' onto your website using only one single line of HTML code. Like with the Java Ticker, it updates every 15 minutes and can be positioned anywhere on your webpage.

Putting News in a Frameset

You can also put news onto your web site using framesets. Any competent HTML designer will be able to help you with the design of the necessary frameset but here are a few examples to give you an idea of what's possible. The frameset is designed to load your existing home page in one frame and to pull the news stories from our servers into a separate frame. You can obviously modify the frameset to suit your own site (a basic knowledge of HTML is all you will require).

When users click on a news title the full story is displayed in a new browser window.

Experienced Developers

For more experienced developers, you can also consider writing a script that pulls the news from our servers and writes it to a file on your server. You can then incorporate the stories into your own site without having to use framesets (the result being a more seamlessly integration). But please note that you are only allowed to store titles and synopsis on your servers not the full story. When your users click on a title the full story must be pulled from trainingzone directly.
