Fenman Ltd was founded in 1988 and is now the dominant publisher of training materials for the learning and development professional.
Fenman consists of four portfolios:
Training Manuals and DVDs/Videos
Written by trainers for trainers the activities in the training manuals are ready-to-run resources to help trainers deliver expert, effective training in a lively and interesting format that encourages engagement by the learner. The training manuals are published in ring-binder format to allow for customisation by the trainer.
The DVDs/Videos use situations that delegates can readily identify with and are designed to bring about lasting behavioural change. The accompanying Facilitator's guide gives workshop outlines including handouts and OHT's.
