Professional Qualifications

The qualification structure provides management development programmes enabling participants to become qualified at:

 Certificate level
 Diploma level
 Masters level

Unlike conventional Business Schools, the primary learning method is Action Learning. Individual participants work on a series of Action Learning Questions which relate to their real work situation.

IMCA Accreditation Status

The International Management Centres Association (IMCA), founded in Buckingham, UK, has been an accredited institution of the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education since 1985, and is accordingly commended by the British Council worldwide. It has also been an accredited institution of the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council in Washington DC, USA since 1989 which itself is recognized by the US Department of Education. All IMCA programmes are conducted under the protocols of its ISO 9002 registered status.

University of Action Learning Accreditation Status

The University of Action Learning (UAL) is dedicated to providing Internet resourced Action Learning professional qualification programs globally. UAL is authorized to award degrees with the authority of the Higher Education Commission of Colorado and the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education & Training Council in Washington DC since 1999. For more than 70 years the DETC has been the standard-setting agency for distance education institutions. The Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council is listed by the US Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency and is a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
