Overview:
During this two day programme, participants will:
- Explore a practical approach to an increased appreciation of change and how this affects management style
- Review the role of leadership in times of change
- Gain a common language of understanding as to the culture of the organisation
- Develop an understanding of Drivers in terms of motivation in a time of change for ourselves and others
- Develop communication skills in a time of change
- Identify an influencing toolkit for change to enable the delegates to change their own “state” and view of what change means to them
- Action plan for the future
Through an increased appreciation of change and a review of the role of leadership at such times, participants explore how they can adapt their management style for improving the success of change. Delegates deepen their understanding of the psychological impact and motivational drivers when change occurs and develop communication skills and an influencing toolkit to support the process. This challenges the individual's own "state", questioning perceptions, beliefs and what change means to them, before considering the perceptions of others and the implications for supporting changes.
