- Using psychometric tests in your coaching practices can provide a real insight for you and your coachee
- Coaches must use such tests responisbly by facilitating the reflection and awareness of the coachee rather than telling them what to do
- It’s not the results of psychometric tests that are important; it’s what you do with them
