The Company: Episode 2 - justifying training spend to the Board

In episode two of our new series, The Company, Julie, the director of business improvement and change reflects upon the fact that she might not be able to provide her Board with vital information about training, so she had arranged a meeting with her head of Human Resources, Sophie, to discuss this further, however, she wasn't sure Sophie was clear about this either.
