In April, Charles Jennings hosted a very successful webinar promoted through TrainingZone, and by way of follow-up he wrote a blogpost addressing issues that came up at the time and after the vent as well. Read on to see how it went.
Two weeks ago I ran a webinar under the title 'When Learning is the Work' for Citrix.
At the start I posed the question "when you think about one great learning experience you've had, can you remember where it occurred? Was it in a classroom or workshop, or did it occur while you were completing the task?"
