e-learning Technology
In most large companies, there are already many tactical training discussions that involve e-learning solutions. Each of those discussions is probably with a different vendor whose choice of technology is based on their own requirements not yours.

The challenge is that these tactical decisions will not scale or add up when viewed in a more strategic context for the company. You need to get some control and a basis or framework for e-learning decisions now, and you need to develop this independent of specific vendor solutions.
