So, what is quality?

Let’s start by taking the dictionary definition. Quality is defined as “the standard of excellence of something, often a high standard”.

Or, to put it another way......

Quality is when the customer returns and the product doesn't.

Simple, but is it really that simple to achieve? Quality encompasses all areas of your business from the product or service you deliver to your supplier relationships. So, how do you set implementing and maintaining "quality"?
