Why skills-based training works

Skills based training has been utilized by a wide array of companies in order to provide skills for any number of different professions. While it does seem to be a traditional method of imparting skills, the major reason why it's still present in modern training programs is because it works. The OECD noted the necessity for including skills-based training in the building of a workforce for developed countries since 2010, something that modern companies can learn from when it comes to instituting their own skills-based training programs.
