Book review: Great Days At Work by Suzanne Hazelton

default-16x9

Great days at work are what we all hope to have and I think that after reading this book I will have many more.

This book oozes positivity and really makes you re-evaluate you own attitudes and mind set. Positive thinking can achieve great things and this book will give you the tools to approach your working day in a focussed and positive way.

The author gives you the option to read from cover to cover or to read Chapter one and then dip in and out of the remaining chapters that seem more relevant to you. I went for the first option but will definitely reread various chapters again.

It is well written and gives information about online exercises that help you to assess your progress throughout. Some of the theories that were explored were familiar to me; however there were some great new ideas and theories too.

I would recommend this book to anyone at all, but as a trainer I think it was invaluable. I could write pages about this book and its feel good approach, but I think rather than spending time reading my comments you should be reading the book!!!

Be happy and stay positive.
