Make it relevant and fun - builds confidence and support
Establish a shared purpose and vision
It’s not learning if they are enjoying it!
Get people to decide what they want to learn
Tie it to employee KPIs
They’re already there! Just need to nurture
Use email and all other channels to promote it
Find three people who are passionate about it
Invite delegates across all levels to form an excellence forum
Bring in outside people to stimulate conversation
Go straight to the top of each business unit, explain the benefits
