I've updated the learning log on my website and added several more freebies; 

~"Targett's Observation", which is a thought provoking point for anyone whose organisation has a reception area with a TV screen in it.

~A succesful icebreaker called "After Kate Middleton we are all commoners" (I know that there are a couple of real anti-icebreaker members of TZ, so let's see their reactions!)

Having done the update on the site I sent out an email newsletter to let people know and there was a major change in the automatic delivery failure response.....last month 41 people had left their employing organisation....this month only 5.  Is this evidence that the nosedive of the economy is flattening out.....will we soon see the green shoots of recovery?
