My most recent set of six month leadership programme people presented projects with line manager signed off values totalling nearly £1.2 million.

This was a day of presentations in front of Chief Executive and Directors.

I really hope these get implemented and the serious value gained.

All too often I see very poor reasons given by those in a position to support and champion very good, well researched and thought through ideas to improve processes.

John Kotter has been active in this area too and his videos and articles on this topic are well worth a look.
