Does anyone have experience of designing blended learning programmes? Please can you tell me a bit about your experience? What components did you include in the programme? How did you go about designing it? How did you evaluate it?

Step 1>
Pre-reading and completion of questionnaires and exercises
Step 2>
Attending a workshop where their was a blend of:
Discussion and exploration of the pre-reading
Analysis of the questionnaires
Experiential learning exercises
Video and presentation input
Commitment to action
Step 3>
Follow up via online meetings where there was
A short amount of revision/test
Everyone sharing what they had done since the workshop; what had worked and what had not worked and what were they intending to do next
Step 4>
Repeat step 3
Designed in consultation with the client. Biggest challenge was getting everyone to do the step 1 in time. Everyone turned up to Step 2 quite happily. There was a bit of reluctance about step 3/4 simply because the corporate culture previously was "Tick in the box if you went to the workshop", but persisted and then got massive results from steps 3&4 as it motivated them to put it into practice and then to share best practice and learn from each other.
Evaluated by the results of the actions in Steps 3&4…….outcomes were too obvious for words as problems of three years standing were overcome in a matter of weeks.
