Hi.. I'm hoping someone can give me some guidelines in what to charge for designing a bespoke 360 questionnaire, administration, reports and delivering one to one feedback please.
I carried out many of these when employed but this will be my first from a self employed consultant perspective. Any tips, thoughts will be most appreciated as I've been approached by a local school for their senior leadership team.

I sense that you are really asking “how do I avoid charging too much and too little?”
Perhaps the following might help you:
From your own cost how much is your time worth? Do you have an hourly rate you want to be paid or need to make?
Do you want to add a margin on top? (allow for tax/NI etc)
What additional value do you bring beyond the price? Why should they choose you? What relationship do you have?
