I need to conduct a client satisfaction survey for all participants who have attended our training courses, accessed our funding arrangements or benefited from our Training Assessor service.
I'd prefer not to start with a blank page !! I'd be most grateful if anyone has any copies of previous surveys or ideas on layout, presentation, number of questions, clever questions!, scoring mechanism etc.
