Coaching

default-16x9

Hi all

I'm looking to further extend my knowledge and wanted to find out from my peers on TZ how I could become a coach?  I feel this would be an extremely important skill to have in my new role.

Thanks in advance

Tina

  1. Go for it!

    Hi Tina

Coaching is a great skill to have.  If I had my time again, I would have studied one of the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) courses in Coaching.  They are workplace relevant, you get contact/support with other people studying for the qualification and you have to practice the skills of coaching to get qualified.  Good luck!

Thanks Karen – I shall certainly look into this course. If this course isn’t suitable, do you (or anyone else) have any other course providers?

I think I will have to invest in this course – my employers certainly won’t pay for it!  I can’t afford thousands of pounds, but I still want to make sure that I have the best training possible.

    Thanks

    Tina
