Mrs Tanfield v Foreign Office AND Ashridge Trust (Training Consultancy)

This interesting case centres upon claims of alleged slander by a Mrs Tanfield against the Ashridge Trust,. They delivered a course she attended. She is accusing the company of a breach of confidentiality by passing its comments about her to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) despite an apparent agreement in the training room that everything would remain confidential.
