Hi Floyd AA, not worked in a distribution centre but I would definitely recommend developing digital content so that it’s available on-demand as and when. This helps to cover people on shifts and who work non 9 to 5 hours. I can recommend accredited skills as having excellent manual handling and risk assessment digital courses as well as other Health & Safety courses. The way they charge for their courses and the fact they are hugely accommodating are also plus points. Hope that helps.
