I have a question about if it is legal about something I’m going through with my boss.
I signed a contract saying I have to pay my boss back for schooling if I quit within a year - which I did.
My boss paid for around 30% of the schooling, a grant from the government paid the rest.
She is making me pay back the full amount - even what she didn’t contribute too.
Is she allowed to do this? Should I take legal action?

I understand having to pay back what she paid for - the rest seems illegal to me.

  1. Seems wrong on initial
Seems wrong on initial reflection but can I ask how do you know she’s not having to reimburse the Government for the 70% they paid?
