I'm a trainer for project management, communication, team work. My mother tongue and training langusage is German.
I was asked by an international customer to offer a training module that I've been doing in German for 2 years in English language as of autumn.
Though I think my general English skills are quite OK I definitely feel the need to professionalize for the realization of the training. Contents are: Belbin team roles, communication basics, team communication, Tuckman, some negotiation parts, etc.
My idea is to book e.g. a 2-3-day course in English, maybe in the UK, that specifies on the above mentioned topics. Looking for a lively training, executed by a well performing trainer.
Any hints & recommendations are welcome.

Try the website http://www.tensentences.com. a very interesting way, and somewhat experimental so maybe free, of improving English communication for non-native speakers. They have had some good results by all accounts. The whole thing is done remotely so no need to come to the UK. (It's actually run from Japan by an English language teacher)

I've been on the opposite side, trying to do training I have done for years but in the German language. English is my mother tongue and German is my second language.
Whilst I'm educated in German to degree-level, my vocabulary was usually centered around the curriculum of my University, which was great at the time. However, once I became an L&D professional, you learn that you can talk about the environment for hours, but not quite clear on the 'trainerisms' that we often use in the classroom.
If you have material that already exists in German or in English and would like someone to look over it, check the language and make it more british-centric then I would be more than happy to help.
