Internal Coaching Schemes

default-16x9

I have recently been appointed as an Employee Development Officer and one of my first tasks is to investigate ways of implementing a coaching scheme using team members within the organisation (who have had training, indicated a willingness to coach others, in leadership positions etc). Has anyone have experience of this? Maybe you are implementing this at present? Suggestions of options, possible pitfalls, articles, etc would be very welcome. Kind regards, Leanne

    Hi

I’m a trained workplace coach and have coached various members of staff in a variety of situations, e.g

under redundancy notice or possibility of redundancy
in new posts with new responsibilities
    improving performance

    etc.

I’d be happy to be your coaching buddy via email if you think that would be useful.

    Regards

    Cathy
